南京春辉科技实业有限公司是南京玻璃纤维研究设计院三 所的改制公司，是工程技术研究中心非通迅光纤及制品技术开发基地。致力于塑料光纤，多种份玻璃光纤；石英光纤；液芯光纤；传像束及工业内窥镜的研究开发。公司于2001年通过ISO9001。2000的认证。从80年代开始塑料光纤的研究，86年研发出N-1型POF光纤，拥有自主知识产权的POF生产技术，拥有多项光纤发明专利和实用新型和外观专利。
